Resettlement Management Services

CCS SA provide continues support in the management of resettlements to permit the liberation of the areas necessary for the implementation of the project and fair compensation. We develop Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) that are both eligible for the highest international standards but also constitute field tools and step-by-step implementation guides. We provide on-going support to our clients throughout the whole process, from the formulation of the RAP to its final audit, through its implementation and monitoring and evaluation.

The tools used are tailored to the project, the form of occupancy (occasional, linear, temporary or permanent) and national and international legal obligations. We implement detailed studies for understanding land and local governance, permitting a reliable identification of the Project Affected Persons (PAPs) and impacted assets, as well as the formulation of adapted eligibility and compensation matrices, so that they may be unanimously accepted at local and national levels
